Recruit Refugees jobs is our job platform for inclusive hiring. This platform was built to give more opportunities and chances to be seen in a world where finding jobs can be a challenge, especially when you are not native to the country.
We are a non-profit organization helping refugees and immigrants find their place in the Norwegian workforce and help build community where they live.
At Recruit Refugees, we believe that meaningful integration begins with relationships and the sense of belonging. Through experience, we have seen how challenging and often lonely it can be to find one’s place in the Norwegian workforce. Our approach is too meet people with warmth, curiosity, and respect; an approach where refugees are given space to show who they are, not just what they lack.
That is why we help refugees and immigrants find their way into the workforce, not only through this job platform, but through personalized guidance, open interviews, and community-building activities and workshops that strengthen networks, language skills, and self-confidence.
We believe lasting solutions come through people, not just systems. That is why we put human connections first, because it is in relationships that true integration can happen.
